And the way it works…

THE POINTS

On every package of UXL and CXL Xenon Lamps for 35mm projection a stamp with points (Bulboints) is provided next to the serial number. The following Bulboints are assigned for the particular products:

UXL/CXL 0-2kW	50 Bulboints
UXL/CXL 2.5-4kW	100 Bulboints
UXL/CXL 4.2-10kW	150 Bulboints

THE PREMIUMS

On the back of this page the premiums and the required Bulboints to gain them are listed.

THE PROCEDURE

The Bulboints need to be cut out together with the serial number. After collecting the required number of Bulboints, these have to be sent to the following address including the completed form attached below (USHIO recommends sending points by registered mail).

THE NETHERLANDS

After the points arrive at USHIO the chosen premium is either supplied directly or with the next Lamp delivery. If for any reason the premium is not deliverable, we will provide an equivalent substitution.
